   Beau joueur et très fairplay notre cher Aguibou National. Cependant, notre Diplomatie est devenue molle dans la sous-région , en Afrique et dans le Monde; le conseil de sécurité n'étant qu'une sucette que les pays forts de L’ONU offrent aux petits pauvres à tour de rôle. Ce n'est ni l’œuvre de Mankeeur et de son Président.
   
   Aucun protocole écrit et officiel ne lie le Sénégal pour laisser sa place de titulaire à ce poste. au profit du Malien Soumaéla Cissé qui n'avait rien exigé, y compris son propre pays. Wade dans un esprit "panafricain" idiot , avait sacrifié notre brillant compatriote Moussa Touré au profit du Malien Soumaéla Cissé qui n'avait rien exigé, y compris son propre pays. Haute trahison décriée à l'époque.
   
   La côte d'ivoire sera à la Bceao à vie sauf si elle redevenait le pays le plus pauvre de la sous-région économique...fiction fictive..
   
   le Niger, le jour, où il deviendrait la 2ème puissance économique de la zone, pourrait à ce moment là seulement taper du poing sur la table pour réclamer ce poste. pour le moment c'est un poids plume.

Hadjibou Soumare devrait remercier, et beaucoup même, Maître Abdoulaye Wade qui l'a nommé Premier Ministre du Senegak a la surprise générale. C'est aussi Maître Abdoulaye Wade qui a soutenu sa nomination à l'UEMOA en 2011.

Présidence ou vice présidence c'st pas ce qui fait la croissance .

Arrêter !!!!!!!!!! il faut respecter c'est engagement . Si nous recherchons le leadership c'est pas dans les combines qu'on l'obtiendra . Il faut montrer aux autres pays africain notre " suprématie économique " ou politique si cela existe réellement .

Cet événement doit nous servir de leçon ,pour qu'afin se rendre compte qu'en Afrique nous ne sommes plus ce pays de référence d'entant .

Arrêtons d'être nostalgique et travaillons pour reprendre la place qui doit etre la notre dans la tribune des nations émergentes .

Nous avons un défaut nous autres sénégalais , nous respectons pas les autres nous ne voyageons pas en afrique .

On se suffise on ne travail pas on parle bcp dans ce pays .Nos produit sont les moins prisés dans les foires internationales ,

Nous n'avons à l'exterieur aucune capacité organisationnelle pour promouvoir l'économie sénégalaise , ni en france , ni aux état unis .

Si pour allez à New york trés rare sont les sénégalais qui dispose d' entreprise structurée même dans les domaines ou nous sommes considérés comme leader . des guinéens , des malien et ivoiriens ok .

Et pourtant on continue de crieer haut et fort pour parler du génie sénégalais ;

c'est dans la est dans la langue et le TASSOU ( pavaner) .

Aucune manifestation de promotion économique .

Même la lutte avec frappe qui est un sport fabriqué de toutes piéces par ce génie sénégalais ne offre aucune perspective au niveau internatoonal .

Partout e afrique des événements d'envergure internationale ( fespaco , tour du fasso etc) mais rien chez nous . Nous sommes dans la promotion individuelle dans les coup bas , dans le combines etc .

On doit se dire la vérité dans ce pays c'est ce qui nous manque les seuls événements que l'on sait bien faire c'est les gamou et magal et anniversaire de tel ou tel chanteur ..............

D'ailleurs à l'exterieur les seules organiisations et structures qui fonctionnent à merveilles sont les dahira et KOUREL

Notez que Hadjibou est nommé par un Acte additionnel en 2011 pour un mandat de 4 ans et un 2ème Acte additionnel indique que seul le Niger est habilité à présenter un candidat après ce mandat de Hadjibou. Donc ni Wade, ni Macky n'ont fauté! le Traité instituant l'UEMOA stipule que la présidence de la Commission doit tourner de sorte que chaque Etat membre puisse l'assumer.N'étant pas sénégalais, nous nous avons respect et considération pour votre diplomatie. Pouvons nous cependant construire une Afrique viable où le reniement, le non respect des textes règlementaires et le non respect des engements soient la règle?L'UEMOA est régie par des textes c'est à l'honneur du Sénégal de les respecter. La grandeur d'une nation ou d'une personne est certes économique mais elle est aussi morale!!!!!!
